Responsibilities
The Quality Engineering Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s quality culture. Core duties include overseeing product inspection, leading corrective‑action initiatives, and ensuring that all processes comply with both internal policies and industry regulations.
- Coordinate daily quality‑control activities and supervise a team of technicians and junior engineers.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality‑assurance procedures aligned with ISO 9001 and relevant sector standards.
- Conduct root‑cause analyses for non‑conformities and lead cross‑functional problem‑solving workshops.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with customers regarding product specifications, complaints, and warranty issues.
- Prepare detailed quality reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and present findings to senior management.
