Responsibilities

- Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow‑ups.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide after‑sales support, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long‑term client loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Experience: At least 0‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer goods or retail sectors.
- Core Skills: Proven sales development ability, strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Personal Attributes: Honesty, responsibility, high level of self‑motivation, and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
