Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Sales Strategi dan Pengembangan Bisnis to join our growing retail organization. This pivotal role focuses on driving sales growth, crafting effective market strategies, and overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our flagship store. The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, providing a structured yet lively environment where strategic thinking meets practical execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with corporate revenue targets and market trends.
- Analyze customer data, competitive intelligence, and regional market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead the daily operations of the store, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling.
- Train, coach, and motivate sales staff to improve product knowledge, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to design promotional campaigns, in‑store events, and digital outreach initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rates, and average transaction value, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms, ensuring a profitable product mix.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment that reflects the brand’s standards.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and financial procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas confidently.
- Proven ability to market and sell products, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing a retail store or similar business environment (experience level may vary).
- Self‑confident, proactive, and not shy when engaging with customers or stakeholders.
