Introduction

To support our growth, we are seeking a meticulous and experienced Staf Pengelola Ekspor dan Impor Barang who will play a pivotal role in managing the flow of goods through our bonded facility.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process all export and import documentation, including PIB, PEB, commercial invoices, packing lists, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin, and other required certificates.
  • Operate the CEISA customs system efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry and timely submission of customs declarations.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records of inventory movements within the Kawasan Berikat, preparing regular mutation reports for internal audit and external authorities.
  • Liaise daily with Bea Cukai officers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other relevant agencies to resolve clearance issues and expedite cargo release.
  • Monitor changes in customs legislation and bonded zone regulations, advising management on necessary procedural adjustments.
  • Prepare and review export/import compliance checklists, guaranteeing that every shipment meets both domestic and international trade requirements.
  • Support the logistics team by providing accurate lead times, cost estimations, and risk assessments for cross‑border shipments.
  • Draft and translate correspondence in English (both written and spoken) for international partners, ensuring clear communication of documentation requirements.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions to analyze trade data, generate performance dashboards, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Assist in internal training sessions, sharing best practices on customs compliance and bonded zone operations with junior staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in export‑import operations, preferably within a Kawasan Berikat environment.
  • Deep understanding of customs regulations, bonded zone policies, and the CEISA electronic customs system.
  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing key trade documents such as PIB, PEB, invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, and related licensing paperwork.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with customs officials, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and governmental bodies.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, macros, data visualization).
  • Excellent command of English—both written and spoken—for professional correspondence and documentation.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet strict deadlines under pressure.
