Responsibilities
- Promote and sell MyRepublic Wi‑Fi packages directly to residential prospects using canvassing, flyering, and face‑to‑face interactions.
- Represent MyRepublic at local events, exhibitions, and community fairs to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Achieve individual sales targets by guiding customers through a consultative sales process that emphasizes product benefits and value.
- Collaborate with team members and coordinate with regional managers to align daily activities with broader marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, highlighting performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
- Conduct thorough needs‑analysis conversations to understand each household’s internet usage patterns and recommend the most suitable plan.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing feedback that helps refine pricing strategies and promotional offers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, ensuring follow‑up actions are timely and professional.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product updates, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.
- Uphold MyRepublic’s brand standards and service quality in every customer interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 40 years old; all genders welcome.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical mindset to assess customer needs and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Tuesday through Sunday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
