We are currently looking for a **Counter Sales Representative** (female) to act as the front‑line ambassador in our marketing gallery. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving unit sales, nurturing leads, and ensuring a seamless transaction experience for prospective homeowners.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily sales activities at the marketing gallery, meeting or exceeding the sales targets set by management.
  • Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive prospect database, tracking every interaction from initial contact through to booking, contract signing (SP3K), and final deed execution (akad).
  • Engage with potential buyers, delivering compelling product presentations that highlight unique selling points, floor‑plan options, financing benefits, and the lifestyle advantages of the development.
  • Provide consultative advice on payment schemes, loan eligibility, and after‑sales support, helping customers navigate the purchase journey with confidence.
  • Coordinate all transaction paperwork, ensuring accurate data entry, proper documentation, and timely submission to the back‑office and finance teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales manager and marketing team to share market feedback, refine promotional tactics, and improve conversion rates.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, reporting on lead status, pipeline health, and any obstacles that could affect performance.
  • Assist in organizing open‑house events, property tours, and customer appreciation activities to boost brand visibility.
  • Adhere to the company’s compliance standards, including data privacy, ethical sales practices, and safety protocols within the gallery.
  • Flexibly work on weekends or shift schedules as required to accommodate high‑traffic periods and customer availability.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female candidates only.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably as a sales counter, SPG, or retail associate.
  • Prior exposure to the property, automotive, or retail sectors is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with sales targets and a track record of meeting or surpassing them.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities—able to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
  • Proficiency with digital communication tools (WhatsApp, email, CRM systems) and basic office applications.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail for managing documentation and follow‑up activities.
  • Willingness to be stationed at the Ciayumajakuning project site and travel locally as needed.
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays, Sundays, or rotating shifts to meet customer demand.
