Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Merchandiser XL – Pengelola Tampilan Produk di Toko to join our retail support team in the Jepara area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our product ranges are attractively presented, fully stocked, and compliant with brand standards across multiple store locations. This position offers a dynamic work environment where observation, communication, and proactive problem‑solving are key to driving sales and enhancing the shopper experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and maintain optimal product placement and visual displays according to the company’s merchandising guidelines.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess shelf space, stock levels, and promotional compliance, reporting findings to the regional manager.
- Coordinate with store staff to replenish inventory, rotate stock, and ensure that expired or damaged items are removed promptly.
- Gather competitive intelligence by observing rival product placements, pricing, and promotional tactics, and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and update merchandising reports, including photos, checklists, and performance metrics, using an Android smartphone with a minimum of 4 GB RAM.
- Train and coach store personnel on best practices for product presentation, planogram execution, and customer interaction.
- Maintain accurate records of promotional material distribution and ensure all marketing assets are displayed correctly.
- Assist in the planning of in‑store events, product launches, and seasonal displays, ensuring timely setup and teardown.
- Travel independently within the designated Jepara territory using a personal vehicle, adhering to safety and scheduling standards.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age 32 years (flexible up to 35 years for exceptional profiles).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in merchandising, field sales, or a related retail role.
- Strong observational skills and the ability to translate visual standards into actionable store improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport with store staff and management.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting moderate loads, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid, active driver’s license (SIM).
- Own an Android smartphone with a minimum of 4 GB RAM for reporting and communication.
- Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Jepara area.
