Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a friendly attitude, actively listen to their requirements, and recommend iPhone models, accessories, and related services that match their lifestyle.
- Explain key product features, warranty terms, after‑sales support, and bundled packages, ensuring the customer fully understands the value proposition.
- Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and electronic payments, and maintain meticulous sales documentation.
- Provide prompt and courteous after‑sales service, answer product queries, resolve minor complaints, and coordinate escalation for complex issues.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct daily stock checks, and generate periodic sales and stock reports to support inventory planning.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring product displays are up‑to‑date and promotional signage is correctly placed.
- Drive the store toward its sales targets by upselling accessories, extended warranties, and service plans, while tracking personal performance against goals.
- Collaborate with team members and store management to implement promotional campaigns, seasonal sales events, and product launches.
- Continuously update personal knowledge on iPhone specifications, Apple ecosystem updates, and emerging gadget trends to provide expert advice.
- Adhere to store policies, safety guidelines, and data protection standards during all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 20‑27 years (as per store policy).
- At least 1 year of proven retail or sales experience, preferably within the consumer electronics sector.
- Strong familiarity with iPhone products, Apple services, and general electronic gadget trends.
- Excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and confidence in engaging with a diverse customer base.
- Professional appearance, proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Result‑oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Honesty, discipline, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to new technologies and product updates.
- Basic data analysis and sales reporting skills (experience with large‑scale sales data is a plus).
