Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and diligent individual to join our team as a Mitra Program Penawaran Denda in Muara Bungo. The role focuses on offering payment settlements to customers who have outstanding fines that have already been cleared, ensuring smooth finalization of accounts and strengthening customer relationships. This position is field‑oriented, requiring frequent travel within the Muara Bungo area and direct interaction with clients.
Responsibilities
- Approach customers who have settled their primary obligations and present a clear, courteous offer for the payment or settlement of any remaining penalties.
- Explain the terms of the settlement, answer questions, and provide written documentation of the agreement.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, offers made, and agreements reached in the company’s CRM system.
- Coordinate with the finance and legal departments to verify the status of each client’s account before initiating contact.
- Achieve weekly and monthly target numbers for successful settlement offers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct field visits on a scheduled basis, ensuring proper use of a company‑provided motorbike and compliance with traffic safety regulations.
- Report any obstacles, customer concerns, or procedural improvements to the team leader on a regular basis.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with regulatory changes, negotiation techniques, and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older; no upper age limit.
- Valid motorbike (Sepeda Motor) and a current SIM C driving license.
- Strong integrity, resilience, and a “never give up” attitude.
- Willingness to work on the field from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Honesty, responsibility, and a professional demeanor when handling sensitive financial information.
