We are seeking a motivated Petugas Pengumpulan Data Lapangan (Field Collector) to join our dynamic team in Cianjur, West Java. This role is essential in maintaining strong relationships with our customers by managing accounts, collecting installment payments, and providing practical solutions to payment challenges. Responsibilities
- Visit customers’ residences or workplaces in the Cianjur area to collect scheduled installment payments.
- Maintain accurate records of each transaction, updating the central database in real time.
- Assess each customer’s payment situation, negotiate realistic repayment plans, and secure commitments.
- Provide clear explanations of payment terms, penalties, and any applicable incentives to encourage timely settlements.
- Identify and report potential delinquent accounts early, escalating to the supervisory team when necessary.
- Coordinate with the internal finance and customer service departments to resolve disputes and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct on‑site verification of customer data, confirming identity documents and address details.
- Promote the company’s financial products and services during visits, supporting cross‑selling initiatives.
- Adhere to safety protocols while traveling on a motorcycle, ensuring personal and public safety at all times.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; D3/S1 candidates are also considered.
- Age: 28 years or younger at the time of application.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the current operational needs.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication abilities.
- Dynamic, proactive, and able to work independently in a field setting.
- Passion for interacting with people and solving real‑world financial problems.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and hold a valid Indonesian Class C driving license (SIM C).
- Basic proficiency with mobile data entry tools and familiarity with common office software.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:30 to 17:30.
