Delovely Clinics is expanding its support team and is seeking a dedicated Office Boy – Facility Support Staff to join our network of healthcare facilities across the region. This role is pivotal in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The successful candidate will act as the backbone of daily operations, ensuring that all non‑clinical areas are well‑maintained, supplies are stocked, and logistical tasks are handled efficiently. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties across clinic premises, including lobbies, waiting areas, restrooms, and staff rooms, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
- Transport and distribute medical and office supplies, ensuring timely delivery to each department.
- Assist in setting up examination rooms, conference spaces, and event areas, arranging furniture and equipment as required.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning agents, paper products, and other consumables; report low stock levels to the Facilities Manager.
- Collect and dispose of waste according to regulated biomedical and general waste protocols, handling hazardous materials with appropriate safety precautions.
- Support the reception team by guiding visitors, delivering messages, and handling minor errands such as courier pick‑ups.
- Conduct minor maintenance checks (e.g., light bulb replacement, minor repairs) and report any major issues to the maintenance supervisor.
- Ensure all areas are kept tidy and presentable during clinic operating hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to infection control policies.
- Participate in periodic deep‑cleaning projects and special events, collaborating with the broader facilities team.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Clean and professional appearance with a commitment to personal hygiene.
- High level of mobility and physical stamina to perform standing, walking, and lifting tasks throughout the day.
- Willingness to be deployed to any Delovely clinic location nationwide.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) for occasional transport duties.
- Basic understanding of cleanliness management and waste segregation.
- Strong communication skills and a courteous attitude towards patients and staff.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
