Introduction
The Pusat Audit Teknis Perusahaan (Technical Audit Center) is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented male candidate to join our operational team in the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our data collection and distribution processes across hub locations and mobile hubs. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, adhere to strict procedural standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within our technical audit framework.
Responsibilities
- Execute the Data Capture Cycle (DCC) procedures at designated hub facilities, ensuring accurate and timely collection of operational data.
- Carry out Data Distribution Network (DDN) activities at hubs, verifying that information flows meet compliance and quality standards.
- Perform DCC and DDN tasks in mobile hub environments, adapting to the specific needs of each user‑driven area.
- Collaborate with hub supervisors and IT support to troubleshoot technical issues that arise during data capture or distribution.
- Maintain comprehensive logs and documentation of all audit activities, providing clear audit trails for internal and external reviewers.
- Participate in shift rotations, ensuring 24/7 coverage of critical audit functions while adhering to the prescribed work schedule (08:00‑17:00 or as assigned).
- Assist in the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for hub and mobile hub operations.
- Provide regular status reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics, variances, and opportunities for process optimization.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Male, age 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in technical auditing, data management, or a similar field.
- Willingness to be placed in the Jabodetabek area and to work on a shift basis.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- High level of attention to detail, agility in handling multiple tasks, and a proactive, self‑motivated work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to follow instructions meticulously.
- Demonstrated reliability, responsibility, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
