Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Online Shopper – Kemitraan to join our fast‑growing retail team in Banjarmasin, specifically at the Ahmad Yani location. This role is the front line of our e‑commerce operation, responsible for handling inbound orders, maintaining accurate inventory, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across multiple digital channels. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, shift‑based environment, leveraging both analytical and interpersonal skills to keep our online storefront running smoothly and profitably.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process orders submitted via e‑commerce platforms, WhatsApp, Grab, Shopee, and other online channels.
- Verify order details against current stock levels, ensuring product availability before confirming purchase.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, promotions, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and adjust pricing regularly to reflect market trends and promotional campaigns.
- Upload new product listings, promotional banners, and multimedia content to all partnered marketplace portals.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to schedule and broadcast time‑sensitive promotions, flash sales, and discount codes.
- Track order fulfillment status, liaise with the warehouse team, and troubleshoot any discrepancies that arise.
- Handle post‑sale support, including returns, refunds, and resolution of customer complaints with professionalism.
- Generate daily and weekly performance reports that highlight sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Participate in regular shift rotations (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) to ensure continuous coverage of online operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- No strict age limit; candidates of any age are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience as an online shop administrator or e‑commerce assistant is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with major marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada) and social media channels used for sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage customers politely and effectively.
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem‑solving and handling customer complaints with empathy.
- Comfortable working in a shift‑based schedule, including weekends.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, spreadsheet management, and digital image editing tools.
