Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated production equipment, ensuring that machines run within defined parameters.
- Perform routine checks, load raw materials, and unload finished goods according to the production schedule.
- Execute packing, labeling, and palletizing tasks while maintaining high accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or product defects to the shift supervisor promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and adjust workflow based on real‑time demand.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following 5S principles to promote efficiency and safety.
- Document production data, including output quantities, downtime, and material usage, using the plant’s digital logging system.
- Participate in regular training sessions on equipment upgrades, safety protocols, and lean manufacturing techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA) or Vocational High School (SMK) equivalent; SMP/MTS acceptable for entry‑level positions.

- No prior experience required, though experience in packing, warehousing, or related manual labor is a strong advantage.
- Residency near Cibinong or willingness to commute from surrounding areas.

- Basic computer literacy for data entry and equipment interface interaction.
