Responsibilities
The Operator will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of production machinery, ensuring that all output meets strict quality standards and production targets. Key duties include:
- Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC machines, injection molding equipment, or assembly lines according to work orders and technical drawings.
- Monitor machine performance in real‑time, adjust parameters, and troubleshoot minor mechanical or electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and document any anomalies in the production log.
- Coordinate with the quality assurance team to perform in‑process inspections and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
- Collaborate closely with supervisors, engineers, and fellow operators to meet daily production targets and improve workflow efficiency.
- Prepare and submit accurate shift reports, including production counts, scrap rates, and any safety incidents.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events and suggest actionable ideas to boost productivity.
Requirements

- Education: Minimum D3/D4 technical diploma; candidates with a high school (SMP/SMA) background and strong practical aptitude are also welcome.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
