Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a branch team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for pawned electronic items such as smartphones, laptops, speakers, drones, and other consumer gadgets.
- Design and deliver regular training sessions that improve product knowledge, appraisal techniques, and customer service standards.
- Conduct accurate assessments of electronic items, verifying condition, authenticity, and market value to ensure fair lending decisions.
- Oversee inventory reconciliation by performing periodic stock counts and ensuring the warehouse database matches physical assets.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for loan processing, security, and compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate a 3‑4 month training program, including a two‑week intensive module in Semarang, to accelerate onboarding and skill development.
- Travel as needed to support branch openings or temporary assignments, with placement prioritized near the candidate’s residence.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting sales trends, inventory health, and operational challenges.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement across all assigned locations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Basic technical understanding of electronic devices (smartphones, laptops, speakers, drones, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Interest and foundational knowledge in sales and marketing strategies within the pawn‑shop or retail sector.
- Willingness to be stationed in any branch across Central Java, Yogyakarta, Jakarta, or Banten, with placement aligned to the candidate’s domicile whenever possible.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, inventory management software) and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
