Responsibilities
- Assist in daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities, including receiving, sorting, labeling, and preparing shipments for delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the company’s warehouse management system (WMS) and perform regular stock counts.
- Ensure that all items are stored safely and in compliance with safety regulations, handling hazardous materials only when authorized.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers and visitors, answering inquiries and resolving minor issues promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, supporting a cooperative atmosphere and stepping in to cover tasks during peak periods or shift changes.
- Adhere to a rotating shift schedule, including one weekend shift per month, to guarantee continuous operational coverage.
- Prepare daily reports on shipment status, inventory discrepancies, and equipment usage for the warehouse supervisor.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on safety protocols, equipment handling, and customer service excellence.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that aisles, loading docks, and storage zones are free from obstructions.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or procedural concerns to management without delay.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (preferably not wearing a hijab) with a professional and modest appearance.
- Age: 18 – 28 years old.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Core Skills: Strong administrative abilities, basic computer literacy, and the capacity to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Personal Traits: Responsible, disciplined, honest, and able to work reliably in a shift‑based environment.
- Communication: Ability to interact courteously with customers, vendors, and internal staff in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate within a diverse team, supporting colleagues during high‑volume periods.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including one weekend shift per month.
