Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our Wi‑Fi internet packages to prospective customers within an assigned territory, using a proactive door‑to‑door approach.
- Identify and qualify new leads by conducting market research, mapping high‑potential neighborhoods, and building a pipeline of prospects.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers, providing product demonstrations, answering technical questions, and addressing concerns.
- Perform follow‑up calls and visits to move leads through the sales funnel, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.
- Maintain accurate daily sales reports, updating CRM systems with customer information, sales activities, and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
- Participate in regular sales training sessions and team meetings to stay current on product features, pricing structures, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement of sales strategies.
- Uphold company standards of integrity, punctuality, and professionalism while representing the brand in the field.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 40 years old; gender is not a restriction.
- Possession of a valid motor vehicle and a clean driving record for travel within the coverage area.
- Strong verbal communication and public‑speaking abilities; comfortable engaging with diverse customers.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
- Honest, disciplined, and accountable with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of internet and Wi‑Fi technology is advantageous, though comprehensive training will be provided.
