Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, answering product inquiries and providing personalized recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s Management System, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring price tags are up‑to‑date.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate replenishment orders with the warehouse team.
- Handle customer complaints or returns with professionalism, employing strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and promote promotional campaigns.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, security checks, and store cleanliness.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling while maintaining a customer‑centric approach.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols.
- Support loss‑prevention initiatives by reporting suspicious activity and ensuring compliance with store policies.
