Introduction

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join us as Crew Restoran (Magang) – an internship position that offers hands‑on experience in a dynamic food‑and‑beverage (F&B) environment. This role is ideal for recent high‑school graduates, vocational students, or anyone eager to start a career in hospitality and develop professional service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve menu items accurately, adhering to Wingstop’s quality standards and timing guidelines.
  • Execute the Excellent Service program by delivering friendly, prompt, and personalized interactions with every guest.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all workstations, equipment, and dining areas in accordance with Food Safety protocols.
  • Assist in inventory checks, restocking supplies, and ensuring that all ingredients are stored properly.
  • Follow operational procedures for order taking, cash handling, and point‑of‑sale (POS) system usage.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to meet daily service targets and handle peak‑hour pressure efficiently.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on food safety, hygiene, and customer service excellence.
  • Provide feedback to supervisors on process improvements, guest preferences, and any operational challenges observed.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma in hospitality is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an F&B or hospitality setting, preferably in a quick‑service restaurant.
  • All genders are welcome; a professional appearance and personal hygiene are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and clear communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet service targets, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work full‑time or part‑time, Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform tasks such as lifting trays and cleaning stations.
  • Passion for the food industry, willingness to learn cooking techniques, time management, and customer‑service fundamentals.
