Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Pegawai Mitra Pengembangan Bisnis dan Kemitraan. This role blends hands‑on culinary skills with business development responsibilities, supporting the growth of our food‑service network across the region. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to create mutually beneficial collaborations, while also contributing directly to kitchen operations when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential business partners, such as restaurants, catering services, and retail outlets.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat collaboration.
  • Coordinate joint promotional activities, menu development, and co‑branding initiatives that drive sales for both parties.
  • Assist in the preparation of food and beverages, ensuring quality standards, hygiene, and timely delivery for partner events.
  • Monitor market trends in the food and beverage sector, providing insights that shape partnership strategies.
  • Prepare reports on partnership performance, sales growth, and operational efficiency for senior management.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing, operations, and finance departments to align partnership goals with overall company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and partner communications.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing ideas for process improvements and new partnership opportunities.
  • Uphold company standards of honesty, responsibility, and teamwork in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Open to all genders.
  • Basic cooking ability; prior experience in food preparation is highly preferred.
  • Strong work ethic – diligent, quick‑thinking, and proactive.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with partners.
  • Demonstrated reliability, honesty, and a sense of ownership over tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  • Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
