Introduction

Wetpro, a fast‑growing start‑up in the digital marketing space, is looking for a motivated Social Media Specialist to join its newly formed Digital Marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative individual who is eager to build a career in social media strategy, content production, and performance‑driven advertising. You will work closely with senior marketers, designers, and product managers to boost brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive measurable growth for Wetpro’s online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, aligning each post with overall brand objectives.
  • Produce high‑quality visual and video assets using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or Canva, ensuring consistency with Wetpro’s visual identity.
  • Monitor, engage, and grow the community by responding to comments, messages, and user‑generated content in a timely and brand‑appropriate manner.
  • Manage lead‑generation funnels by creating gated content, landing pages, and call‑to‑action (CTA) strategies that convert social interactions into qualified prospects.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, tracking key performance indicators such as click‑through rate (CTR), cost‑per‑lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Conduct regular performance analysis using platform analytics and third‑party tools, preparing weekly and monthly reports that highlight insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm innovative ideas, test new formats (e.g., reels, stories, carousel posts), and stay ahead of algorithm changes.
  • Maintain an organized library of assets, copy, and campaign documentation to ensure smooth handovers and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma / SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 29 years old or younger.
  • Male candidates only (as specified by the client).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas and think strategically about audience engagement.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and adjust tactics for continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in graphic and video editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Final Cut, or comparable tools).
  • Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals and social media algorithms.
  • Open to fresh graduates and candidates without prior professional experience; a willingness to learn quickly is essential.
  • Experience (or willingness to be trained) in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads is considered a strong advantage.
  • Ownership of a reliable personal computer, smartphone, and stable internet connection is a plus.
