We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our vibrant team as Restaurant Servers (Pelayan Restoran) at Cireng Sagalana, a popular eat‑in venue known for its authentic Indonesian snacks and friendly atmosphere. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to develop their customer‑service expertise in a fast‑paced dining environment while contributing to a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately, input them into the POS system, and communicate special requests to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve dishes and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to hygiene standards.
  • Monitor tables throughout the service period, refill drinks, address additional guest needs, and anticipate any special requirements.
  • Handle payment transactions, issue receipts, and process cash or card payments with precision.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables, wiping surfaces, and assisting with occasional floor cleaning.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen personnel, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure a seamless workflow.
  • Observe and enforce health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation protocols.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding guest comments, menu improvements, and operational challenges.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; current college students are also welcome.
  • Age limit: up to 24 years old.
  • Gender: Female candidates are preferred for this posting, though the role is open to all qualified applicants.
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service is not mandatory; fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Key personal attributes: honesty, discipline, punctuality, and a strong team‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, specifically a 6‑hour shift from 16:00 to 22:00, Monday through Saturday.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food safely.
