Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, input them into the POS system, and communicate special requests to the kitchen staff.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Monitor tables throughout the service period, refill drinks, address additional guest needs, and anticipate any special requirements.
- Handle payment transactions, issue receipts, and process cash or card payments with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables, wiping surfaces, and assisting with occasional floor cleaning.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen personnel, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Observe and enforce health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation protocols.
- Provide feedback to management regarding guest comments, menu improvements, and operational challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; current college students are also welcome.
- Age limit: up to 24 years old.
- Gender: Female candidates are preferred for this posting, though the role is open to all qualified applicants.
- Prior experience in food and beverage service is not mandatory; fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Key personal attributes: honesty, discipline, punctuality, and a strong team‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, specifically a 6‑hour shift from 16:00 to 22:00, Monday through Saturday.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food safely.
