This role is pivotal in ensuring that our product catalog, inventory, and promotional activities are accurately represented on platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, and Instagram Shopping. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational skills with a customer‑focused mindset, helping us deliver a seamless shopping experience for both local and international buyers.
Responsibilities
- Upload new products to all assigned marketplace platforms, ensuring that titles, descriptions, images, and specifications meet brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
- Maintain up‑to‑date stock levels and pricing information, performing daily reconciliations between the internal inventory system and marketplace listings.
- Plan, create, and schedule promotional campaigns, including flash sales, bundle offers, and seasonal discounts, while monitoring performance metrics.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via marketplace chat, email, or phone, providing product information, order updates, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Process incoming orders, confirm payment status, coordinate with the logistics team for picking and shipping, and update order status on each platform.
- Generate weekly reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and campaign effectiveness, presenting insights to the e‑commerce manager.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and finance departments to align marketplace activities with broader business objectives.
- Monitor competitor listings, pricing strategies, and market trends to recommend adjustments that keep our offerings competitive.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, including product authenticity, prohibited items, and advertising standards.
- Assist in occasional photo shoots and content creation to enhance product visuals and boost conversion rates.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 28 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing product listings on Indonesian e‑commerce marketplaces.
- Proficiency in using marketplace seller centers, spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets), and basic image editing software.
- Strong written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Customer‑service mindset and the ability to handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Basic understanding of e‑commerce logistics, payment gateways, and return policies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, paid ads, and conversion optimization is advantageous.
