Responsibilities
- Provide warm, courteous, and professional service to every guest, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Accurately take orders using the POS system, repeat them back to guests for confirmation, and promptly relay them to the kitchen.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, adhering to presentation standards and temperature requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor table turnover, clear used dishes, and reset tables efficiently to accommodate new guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and any complaints with empathy, offering appropriate solutions and escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies, including cash handling, inventory checks, and shift reporting.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure seamless service flow during peak periods.
- Participate in regular briefings, training sessions, and team meetings to stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and service enhancements.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up dining areas, restocking supplies, and performing end‑of‑shift cleaning tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or café environment; experience in F&B is a strong advantage.
- All genders are welcome; a friendly and presentable appearance is essential.
- Proficiency with POS/cash register systems and basic arithmetic for accurate billing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Commitment to maintaining hygiene standards and following safety protocols.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
