In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our cutting‑edge internet services, helping residential, business, and corporate customers experience reliable, high‑performance connectivity. Responsibilities

  • Sales Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential customers in residential neighborhoods, small‑business districts, and corporate offices through door‑to‑door canvassing, cold calling, and referral networking.
  • Product Presentation: Conduct on‑site and virtual demonstrations of MyRepublic’s fiber optic and Wi‑Fi packages, clearly articulating speed, reliability, pricing, and value‑added features such as free routers and premium support.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales quotas, utilizing cross‑selling and up‑selling techniques to promote bundled services (e.g., TV, phone, cloud storage).
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build long‑term relationships with new and existing clients, respond promptly to inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate daily and weekly activity reports, track key performance indicators, and analyze competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical support, and installation teams to guarantee smooth hand‑overs and seamless service activation.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and MyRepublic’s evolving product portfolio.

Work Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age limit: up to 40 years old.
  • Open to all genders.
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong sales mindset are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated communication and persuasion skills; ability to present technical information in an easy‑to‑understand manner.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Basic proficiency with mobile CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field visits.
