Introduction
We are looking for an energetic and charismatic Pembawa Acara Siaran Langsung TikTok (Hiburan) to join our dynamic entertainment team in BSD City, Tangerang. This full‑time position involves live streaming on TikTok, collaborating with a group of professional dancers, and engaging a growing online audience. The role operates on a flexible shift schedule, covering both day and night hours, with typical live‑broadcast blocks of six hours per day, Monday through Saturday (18:00 – 02:00).
Responsibilities
- Host and present live TikTok streams, ensuring smooth transitions and audience interaction.
- Coordinate with a team of 5‑6 dancers, assisting the MC in choreographed performances and impromptu segments.
- Maintain a lively, upbeat atmosphere that reflects the brand’s youthful image.
- Adapt quickly to changing show formats, music cues, and audience requests.
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability by arriving on time for all scheduled shifts.
- Communicate clearly with production staff, dancers, and technical crew to resolve any on‑air issues.
- Follow safety and health protocols while working late‑night shifts.
- Participate in pre‑show rehearsals, briefings, and post‑show debriefs to continuously improve performance quality.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 30 years old.
- Gender: Female (as specified for on‑camera presentation).
- Passion for dance and a solid understanding of current TikTok trends.
- Attractive appearance and a personal style that resonates with a young, digital‑savvy audience.
- Cheerful, energetic personality with the confidence to engage viewers on camera.
- Excellent public‑speaking skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Strong teamwork orientation; comfortable collaborating with dancers, MCs, and technical staff.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts, including weekends.
