Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Motoris to join our expanding team covering the Pekalongan and Tegal regions. This frontline position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a fresh perspective on sales who are eager to develop a career in the automotive distribution industry. As a Sales Motoris, you will be the face of our brand, building relationships with dealers, small‑business owners, and individual customers while promoting our range of motorcycles and related accessories.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers within the assigned territories of Pekalongan and Tegal.
- Conduct door‑to‑door visits, showroom tours, and product demonstrations to showcase motorcycle features and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and promotional offers to close sales while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain accurate daily and weekly sales reports, including pipeline updates, order status, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with the regional manager and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of vehicles and accessories.
- Provide after‑sales support, addressing customer inquiries, warranty claims, and service appointments.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and regional roadshows to stay updated on product launches and market trends.
- Travel frequently within the assigned districts and be prepared for occasional out‑of‑city assignments.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; no age limit imposed.
- Passion for sales, preferably fresh graduates eager to start a career in the automotive sector.
- Own a motorbike and willingness to obtain a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving license).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation abilities and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–16:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
- Readiness to travel across Pekalongan and Tegal, including occasional out‑of‑city trips.
- Basic computer literacy for CRM entry and reporting.
