In this role you will be the face of our brand during live sessions, driving audience engagement, promoting products, and converting viewers into customers while delivering a fun, professional, and interactive experience.
Responsibilities
- Host live‑streaming sessions on TikTok and other official company platforms, acting as the primary presenter for PUBG Mobile content.
- Present and demonstrate company products, promotions, and special offers in an entertaining manner that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Engage actively with the audience by answering questions, encouraging participation, and creating a lively atmosphere that keeps viewers watching.
- Track real‑time metrics such as viewer count, chat activity, and sales conversions, adjusting the flow of the broadcast to maximize performance.
- Analyze current social‑media trends, competitor strategies, and audience feedback to continuously improve content and increase viewership.
- Develop and execute growth strategies—such as themed events, giveaways, and collaboration streams—to boost both audience size and purchase rates.
- Maintain a clean and organized streaming environment, ensuring all equipment (cameras, microphones, lighting, and computers) is set up correctly and functions reliably.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and technical teams to align live content with broader campaign objectives and product launches.
- Adhere to a consistent work schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and national holidays, with a rotating rest day schedule (three days off per month).
Requirements
- Age 25 or younger; open to all genders.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field is welcomed.
- At least one year of experience in live streaming, content creation, or a related media role.
- Passionate and active PUBG Mobile player with a solid understanding of game mechanics and community culture.
- Confident on‑camera presence with strong public‑speaking abilities and clear, engaging communication skills.
- High energy, communicative, and interactive personality that thrives in a live‑broadcast environment.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for current social‑media trends, memes, and viral formats.
- Ability to meet performance targets and tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
