Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Sales Hunter to join our Sales Team in Semarang. As a key member of our field sales force, you will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service to a diverse portfolio of customers. This role is ideal for candidates with a proven track record in B2B sales, especially within the HoReCa segment, who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and are comfortable managing their own territory.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers through cold calling, canvassing, and networking within the Semarang metropolitan area.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide consultative selling by understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts.
- Deliver superior customer service, ensuring timely order fulfillment, after‑sales support, and rapid resolution of any issues.
- Safeguard company assets, including promotional materials, product samples, and mobile devices used for sales activities.
- Prepare accurate daily activity logs and comprehensive monthly performance reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to communicate market feedback and help shape future offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the HoReCa and broader B2B sectors.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 graduates from any field are also welcome.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales roles such as canvasser, motorist, or territory officer (TO).
- Demonstrated success handling the HoReCa segment is highly preferred.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) for travel within Semarang and surrounding areas.
- Strong orientation toward targets, service excellence, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing time effectively across a defined sales territory.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools) for reporting and data entry.
