Responsibilities

- Plan and maintain a content calendar that aligns with promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create persuasive product descriptions, promotional banners, and video snippets that boost marketplace performance.
- Monitor social media metrics and marketplace analytics, providing weekly reports and actionable insights to improve reach and conversion rates.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely, courteous manner, and foster a community around the brand.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends in social media algorithms, e‑commerce tools, and content creation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing apps).
- Ensure all published material complies with brand guidelines, copyright regulations, and local advertising standards.
- Assist in the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns, including copywriting for ad copy, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Support the logistics of online sales by coordinating inventory updates, promotional pricing, and flash‑sale events on marketplace platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Zero to two years of experience in social media management, content creation, or online marketplace sales.
- Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and meet performance targets.
- Strong understanding of how social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) operate, including algorithmic nuances.
- Hands‑on experience managing product listings, order processing, and promotional activities on e‑commerce sites such as Tokopedia, Shopee, or Bukalapak.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and a persuasive, customer‑centric tone.
- Highly disciplined, honest, and self‑motivated, with a proven track record of reliability.
- Must not be bound by other full‑time commitments that could interfere with the required Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
