Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Staf Pengendalian Persediaan dan Logistik to join our dynamic salon team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our inventory management process, ensuring that all hair, skin, and beauty products are accurately tracked, readily available, and maintained in optimal condition. Your attention to detail and proactive mindset will directly support the salon’s ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily stock levels of salon products, including hair treatments, skincare items, and cosmetics, and identify replenishment needs.
- Conduct regular inventory updates, recording purchases, sales, and internal usage with precision.
- Inspect products for expiration dates or damage, removing or replacing items that do not meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with salon management and suppliers to place orders for new stock, ensuring timely delivery and cost‑effective purchasing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage area, adhering to hygiene standards required in a beauty environment.
- Prepare periodic inventory reports—weekly, monthly, and quarterly—to provide management with actionable insights.
- Assist in budgeting processes by forecasting product consumption trends based on historical data and upcoming promotional activities.
- Support the implementation of inventory control software or digital tools to streamline tracking and reduce manual errors.
- Collaborate with the front‑desk and service teams to communicate stock availability and manage client expectations during product shortages.
- Participate in periodic audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing waste and optimizing stock turnover.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- No upper age limit; we value experience and attitude over age.
- Open to all genders.
- Entry‑level candidates welcome; zero to two years of related experience is acceptable.
- Strong inventory management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Excel, inventory software).
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with suppliers, management, and salon staff.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting work schedules; standard shift is 09:45 – 21:00.
