Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Pemimpin Lantai Operasional for our new Mie Gacoan store in Ngawi. This role is a pivotal managerial position within the fast‑growing Food & Beverages (F&B) sector, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading a diverse crew, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hands‑on service expertise, strong analytical abilities, and proven leadership skills to drive operational excellence in a high‑energy environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform all crew duties across stations—including cashier, server, kitchen, production, and barista—to maintain flexibility and lead by example.
- Supervise and evaluate crew performance, providing coaching and constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Manage end‑to‑end restaurant operations: opening and closing procedures, stock‑taking, inventory control, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, ensuring optimal coverage during peak and off‑peak periods while respecting labor regulations.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training programs for new employees, cultivating a collaborative and high‑performing team culture.
- Monitor product quality from vendors, conduct regular audits, and collaborate with suppliers to address any discrepancies.
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify trends, reduce waste, and improve profitability.
- Maintain clear communication with upper management regarding operational challenges, staffing needs, and performance results.
- Uphold the brand’s standards for service excellence, ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) degree in any discipline; hospitality or business studies are a plus.
- Age & Physical Criteria: Maximum 30 years old; minimum height of 165 cm for males and 160 cm for females.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in the Food & Beverages industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Core Skills:
- Analytical thinking and data‑driven decision making
- Inventory and stock control management
- Conflict resolution and team‑building abilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Adherence to hygiene and safety standards
- Personal Attributes: Highly communicative, collaborative, strong leadership presence, and a genuine passion for the F&B sector.
- Health & Availability: No chronic illnesses; willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Location Flexibility: Ability to be stationed at the new Mie Gacoan outlet in Ngawi and relocate if needed.
