The ideal candidate is a motivated professional under the age of 30, equipped with a bachelor’s degree, and possesses at least one year of hands‑on experience in B2B sales within the electronics sector. You will work Monday‑through‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, collaborating closely with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of value to our corporate clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy that aligns with corporate revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture high‑potential leads in the electronics industry, converting prospects into long‑term partnership accounts.
- Conduct market analysis to understand emerging trends, competitive positioning, and customer pain points, translating insights into actionable sales tactics.
- Lead a small team of sales representatives, providing coaching, performance feedback, and motivational support to exceed quarterly quotas.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, pricing structures, and contractual agreements that meet both client expectations and company profitability standards.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining strict adherence to corporate policies and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with product engineering to relay client feedback, influencing product roadmaps and ensuring the solution portfolio remains relevant.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, generate regular sales forecasts, and report key performance indicators to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and forge strategic alliances.
Requirements
