Introduction
PT. Colmitra Persada Indonesia, a leading agency in the Indonesian financial services sector, partners with several top‑tier fintech firms to provide comprehensive lending, payment, and collection solutions. We are expanding our Desk Collection team and are looking for motivated individuals—both fresh graduates and experienced professionals—to join us as Penanggung Jawab Pengelolaan Koleksi Meja (Desk Collection Officer). This role is pivotal in ensuring timely repayment of overdue accounts, strengthening relationships with our clients, and supporting the company’s growth in a fast‑moving digital finance environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound phone calls to customers whose payments are past due, following the standard operating procedures (SOP) established by PT. Colmitra Persada Indonesia.
- Clearly explain the outstanding balance, due dates, and any applicable penalties, while maintaining a courteous and professional tone.
- Assist customers in arranging payment methods—such as bank transfers, e‑wallets, or installment plans—according to the company’s guidelines.
- Document each interaction accurately in the collection management system, updating payment status and noting any promises to pay.
- Collaborate with the finance and client relationship teams to resolve disputes, verify transaction records, and provide status reports.
- Meet daily and weekly call volume targets, as well as collection amount goals, while adhering to compliance and data‑privacy regulations.
- Identify patterns of recurring delinquency and provide feedback to senior management for process improvement.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on fintech product knowledge, negotiation techniques, and regulatory updates.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (Package C); final‑year university students are welcome if work hours are not affected.
- Age between 18 and 35 years; all genders are accepted.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with clear diction, neutral accent, and the ability to convey information persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal traits: friendly, assertive, proactive, and capable of handling high‑pressure situations.
- Basic computer literacy, especially proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn collection software quickly.
- No prior experience required—fresh graduates with a willingness to learn and a customer‑oriented mindset are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated adaptability, quick learning, and basic negotiation skills are highly valued.
