Introduction
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Penata Rambut Profesional to join our vibrant salon team. This role is ideal for a motivated woman aged 17‑30 who is passionate about hair styling, beauty consultation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, providing a full range of hair care services in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized hair consultations to understand client needs, recommend suitable styles, and advise on maintenance.
- Perform a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, treatment applications, and blow‑dry techniques, adhering to the latest industry trends.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, following all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with other stylists, reception staff, and management to ensure smooth daily operations and seamless client flow.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging hair trends, new products, and advanced techniques through continuous learning and attending workshops.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering consistent, high‑quality results and offering honest, friendly advice.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies, tracking product usage, and minimizing waste.
- Participate in promotional events, in‑store marketing initiatives, and community outreach programs to enhance the salon’s brand visibility.
Requirements
- Female candidate, age 17‑30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Good looking, friendly, and highly responsible demeanor.
