Introduction

The Koordinator Operasi Service (Service Operations Coordinator) is a pivotal role within our dynamic hospitality team, responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations of our food and beverage service outlets. Based in the vibrant Cilandak area, the position offers an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who are eager to develop their career in service management, whether they are seasoned professionals or recent graduates eager to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily service schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for each shift.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation, hygiene, and safety.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to guarantee guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, tracking usage, and minimizing waste.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
  • Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators.
  • Conduct on‑the‑job training and coaching sessions for service staff to improve skill sets and service etiquette.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local health regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special events, promotions, and seasonal menus.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and mutual support.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 18‑30 years (maximum 30 years old).
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Work experience: None required; fresh graduates are welcome, though prior experience in food & beverage service is a plus.
  • Professional appearance, honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with diverse staff.
  • Preferred residence: Cilandak or surrounding neighborhoods to ensure punctuality.
  • Key skills: Customer service, basic food & beverage handling, communication, problem‑solving, and proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
