Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers promptly, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, including cash, card, and mobile payments.
- Maintain product displays, ensure shelves are stocked, and rotate inventory according to freshness standards.
- Assist in receiving deliveries, checking shipments for accuracy, and organizing back‑room storage.
- Monitor store cleanliness, adhering to health and safety regulations and Chi Fry’s brand standards.
- Support promotional activities, set up signage, and communicate ongoing offers to customers.
- Provide product knowledge and recommend menu items, upselling where appropriate to increase average ticket size.
- Collaborate with teammates during peak hours to ensure smooth operations and minimal wait times.
- Participate in regular training sessions, safety drills, and performance reviews.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, inventory discrepancies, or customer concerns to the store manager.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the F&B sector.
- Age: up to 30 years old.
- Open to all genders; candidates must be single (unmarried) at the time of application.
- Own reliable transportation to commute to the designated mall outlets.
- Reside within the vicinity of TSM or Pipo malls, or be willing to relocate.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy for POS system operation.
