Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and friendly Petugas Kasir Penjualan Ritel to join our fast‑moving retail team. This role is ideal for a motivated young woman who enjoys interacting with customers, handling transactions accurately, and contributing to a vibrant store atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system to process cash, debit, credit, and mobile payments efficiently.
- Verify the accuracy of each transaction, issue receipts, and handle refunds or exchanges according to store policy.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring that all cash handling equipment is functional.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommend items, and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
- Perform end‑of‑day cash reconciliation, prepare deposits, and report any discrepancies to the store manager.
- Collaborate with sales associates to restock shelves, arrange promotional displays, and keep inventory levels optimal.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, POS upgrades, and customer service best practices.
- Adhere to the rolling shift schedule, covering morning, afternoon, and occasional night shifts as required.
- Support fellow team members during peak periods, ensuring smooth checkout flow and minimal wait times.
- Uphold company policies regarding safety, hygiene, and loss prevention throughout each shift.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, maximum age 25 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Polished and presentable appearance suitable for a customer‑facing role.
- Willingness to work a rolling shift schedule (Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional night duties).
- Strong teamwork orientation and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Ability to handle cash responsibly and maintain high accuracy under pressure.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with cashier systems (Sistem Kasir).
