We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Kebersihan Profesional to join our team and help maintain a spotless, healthy environment at our Grandwisata facility in Tambun. As a key member of the facilities management crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all workspaces, common areas, and surrounding grounds reflect the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of all designated zones, including offices, production areas, restrooms, corridors, and outdoor walkways.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify that cleaning standards are consistently met and promptly address any deficiencies.
- Prepare and submit detailed cleanliness reports, documenting tasks completed, supplies used, and any incidents that require attention.
- Maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is stored properly, serviced regularly, and operated safely.
- Coordinate with the facilities supervisor to prioritize high‑traffic zones and respond to ad‑hoc cleaning requests.
- Apply appropriate waste segregation practices, supporting the company’s recycling and environmental initiatives.
- Assist in minor maintenance tasks such as refilling dispensers, replacing light bulbs, and reporting repairs.
- Uphold personal grooming standards, presenting a neat, professional appearance that reflects the company’s image.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in commercial or industrial cleaning.
- Gender: Open to all genders, with a preference for male candidates as per operational needs.
- Skills: Proficient in sweeping, mopping, dusting, and operating basic cleaning machinery; valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle for transporting supplies.
- Personal Qualities: Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a genuine sensitivity to environmental cleanliness.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Location: Willingness to be stationed at Grandwisata, Tambun.
