Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a dedicated Petugas Penagihan Remedial for its Indramayu (Jatibarang) branch. This role is critical for maintaining healthy cash flow by ensuring timely collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R). The successful candidate will work closely with the credit, underwriting, and customer service teams to balance firm profitability with customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and follow‑up on all overdue loan accounts (A/R Overdue) to achieve collection targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports and present insights to the branch manager.
- Conduct phone calls, home visits, and written correspondence to negotiate repayment plans with delinquent borrowers.
- Coordinate with the legal department for escalation of high‑risk accounts while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s credit management system, updating payment statuses and borrower information.
- Analyze repayment trends and recommend process improvements to reduce future delinquencies.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing borrower concerns and offering feasible solutions that align with company policies.
- Participate in regular training sessions on credit risk, negotiation tactics, and ethical collection practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, loan collection, or a related financial field (experience is a strong plus).
- Male candidates only, with a maximum age of 30 years.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of persuasive negotiation.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using credit management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to be placed in the Indramayu (Jatibarang) area according to domicile.
