Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Pencucian Piring dan Peralatan Dapur (Dishwashing and Kitchen Equipment Attendant) to join our dynamic food‑service team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment, supporting chefs and kitchen staff by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and cooking tools are spotless and ready for use. This position offers a stable work schedule with the possibility of shift rotations, and it welcomes candidates who thrive in fast‑paced, collaborative settings.
Responsibilities
- Collect, sort, and load dirty dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery into industrial dishwashers or wash them manually according to company standards.
- Inspect cleaned items for any remaining residue, damage, or breakage and report issues to the kitchen supervisor.
- Maintain a tidy dishwashing station, including regular cleaning of sinks, countertops, and waste bins.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies such as detergents, sanitizer, and disposable gloves.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed, such as peeling vegetables or arranging ingredients.
- Support inventory control by tracking the quantity of dishes and utensils, notifying management of shortages, and helping with stock rotation.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols, including proper hand washing, wearing protective gear, and following sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with chefs, line cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow, especially during peak hours.
- Participate in routine deep‑cleaning projects, such as floor scrubbing, wall wiping, and equipment maintenance.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly to the maintenance team.
Requirements
- Age: 23‑30 years old.
- Education: Minimum High School (SMK/SMA) or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work experience: At least 1 year in a similar role is preferred, though motivated newcomers are also encouraged to apply.
- Key personal attributes: friendly, disciplined, responsible, proactive, hardworking, honest, communicative, efficient, and creative.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) and on public holidays as required.

- Essential skills: active communication, instruction‑following, meticulous cleaning techniques, and maintaining team collaboration.
