Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions, product showcases, and interactive Q&A segments, ensuring smooth flow and audience engagement.
- Prepare and edit short promotional videos using tools such as CapCut, VN, or similar applications to support upcoming live events.
- Research and present detailed information about hijab products, highlighting unique features, styling tips, and care instructions in an appealing manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop scripts, storyboards, and visual assets that align with campaign objectives.
- Maintain a consistent on‑camera persona that reflects brand values of authenticity, modesty, and professionalism.
- Monitor live chat and social media comments during broadcasts, responding promptly to viewer questions and fostering a sense of community.
- Track performance metrics (e.g., viewership, engagement rates, conversion) and provide post‑event reports with insights for future improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, copyright regulations, and platform guidelines throughout all content creation activities.
- Participate in regular training sessions, rehearsals, and brainstorming meetings to stay updated on industry trends and new interactive technologies.
Requirements
- Female, wearing a hijab, aged 25 years or younger.
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of overall professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in live hosting, public speaking, or related media roles.
- Proficient in basic video editing using CapCut, VN, or comparable software for quick promotional clips.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to explain product details clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal traits: diligent, honest, disciplined, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Comfortable handling live audiences, managing on‑the‑spot questions, and adapting to dynamic broadcast environments.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, well‑lit home studio setup for remote broadcasting.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional flexibility for special events or promotional campaigns.
