Introduction

The Petugas Pengolahan Data dan Dokumentasi (Data Processing and Documentation Officer) plays a vital role in ensuring that all operational data and supporting documents are accurately captured, stored, and retrieved in a timely manner. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of information flow within the organization, supporting decision‑making processes, and complying with regulatory standards. The role demands a physically fit, disciplined individual who can thrive in a fast‑paced environment, work flexible shifts, and adhere strictly to established work schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑volume data entry from paper forms, electronic sources, and field reports, ensuring 99.9% accuracy.
  • Verify, cross‑check, and validate data against source documents to prevent errors and inconsistencies.
  • Organize, file, and maintain both physical and digital documentation according to company filing standards and legal requirements.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports that summarize key performance metrics for senior management.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit trails, supporting internal and external audits.
  • Coordinate with department heads to collect missing information and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Operate office equipment such as scanners, printers, and shredders while adhering to security and confidentiality protocols.
  • Participate in shift rotations (including night and weekend shifts) to ensure 24‑hour data coverage.
  • Follow strict work‑hour instructions and respond promptly to supervisory directives.
  • Continuously improve documentation processes by suggesting automation tools and workflow enhancements.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Must not exceed 50 years at the time of application.
  • Gender: Male candidates only, as specified by the hiring policy.
  • Physical fitness: Strong, healthy body and mind capable of handling manual filing and occasional lifting of documents.
  • Work schedule flexibility: Willingness to work shifting schedules, including Saturdays, to meet operational demands.
  • Integrity and discipline: Honest, punctual, and able to follow company rules without supervision.
  • Technical adaptability: Quick learner who is not “gaptek” (technologically illiterate) and can operate basic office software.
  • Soft skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work under pressure, and a collaborative attitude.
  • Availability: Ready to start immediately and commit to a full‑time schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
