Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily office operations, including managing correspondence, handling phone calls, and directing visitors.
  • Prepare, organize, and file essential documents such as contracts, invoices, and internal reports, ensuring compliance with company record‑keeping standards.
  • Support technical teams by coordinating equipment requests, maintaining inventory of office supplies, and troubleshooting minor technical issues.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming reception area, reflecting the company’s professional image.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, set up audio‑visual equipment, and provide logistical support for internal and external events.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflow, share information, and resolve administrative bottlenecks.
  • Track and monitor daily attendance, prepare timesheets, and assist HR with basic onboarding paperwork.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses, processing petty cash, and preparing monthly expense summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols, including emergency drill participation.
  • Continuously seek process‑improvement opportunities, suggesting ways to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a D3/D4 qualification is preferred.
  • Prior experience in office administration or operational support is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
  • Professional appearance and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Availability to work exclusively for this company—no concurrent employment or active college enrollment.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities; capable of collaborating across multiple departments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
  • Technical support aptitude, including basic troubleshooting of office equipment.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
