We are seeking a motivated Petugas Pengumpulan Data Lapangan to join our dynamic team in Karawang. Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site billing visits to customers, presenting invoices and explaining payment terms clearly.
- Collect payments directly from clients, handling cash, electronic transfers, or other approved methods while ensuring proper documentation.
- Prepare and submit detailed visit reports, including payment status, customer feedback, and any issues encountered.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly collection targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions using the company’s CRM system.
- Identify and report potential delinquent accounts early, providing recommendations for escalation or negotiation strategies.
- Coordinate with the finance and customer service teams to resolve disputes and ensure smooth reconciliation of accounts.
- Stay updated on local market conditions, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact collection processes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in collection, debt recovery, or a related field; 2 years preferred.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable two‑wheel vehicle for daily travel.
- Strong knowledge of the Karawang area, including major neighborhoods and business districts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to negotiate effectively with diverse customer groups.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially MS Office and mobile data‑entry tools.
