Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Staff Operasional Gudang dan Logistik to join our fast‑growing logistics team in Surabaya. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our warehouse operates smoothly, that inventory is accurately tracked, and that all inbound and outbound shipments are processed efficiently. Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and record incoming goods against delivery documents (surat jalan) to guarantee accuracy.
- Prepare and release outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with customer requirements.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, maintain up‑to‑date stock records, and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Execute periodic stock opname cycles, generating reports that support senior management decision‑making.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including loading/unloading, palletizing, and proper storage of materials.
- Coordinate with the procurement, sales, and transportation teams to streamline material flow and minimize lead times.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, propose innovative solutions, and assist in implementing best‑practice warehousing standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Be available for overtime work when required to meet peak demand periods or urgent customer orders.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, maximum age of 30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Resident of Surabaya or surrounding areas with reliable local transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Team‑player mindset with the ability to adapt rapidly to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated innovation, problem‑solving capability, and willingness to take initiative.
- Readiness to work overtime and on a Monday‑Saturday schedule (09:00‑17:00).
