The role offers a dynamic work schedule from 09:00 to 21:00 WIB, with three days off per month that can be adjusted according to store needs. This is a full‑time opportunity that provides hands‑on experience in inventory handling, visual merchandising, and basic content creation for social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the store’s cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and organizing display areas throughout the day.
- Arrange helmets, accessories, and related merchandise neatly on shelves and racks to ensure an appealing visual presentation.
- Assist customers in selecting the right helmet, providing product knowledge, safety advice, and after‑sales support.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, process returns, and manage cash drawer reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock items, and report low stock or damaged goods to the store manager.
- Create simple promotional content (photos, short videos, or captions) for the store’s social media channels to attract new customers.
- Implement store security procedures, including checking for shoplifting and ensuring that all entrances and exits are secured after closing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to set up in‑store promotions and seasonal displays.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and emerging market trends to help shape product assortment.
- Uphold company policies on honesty, discipline, and punctuality at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Male candidates aged 26 years or younger (maximum age 27).
