We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Agent for BPKB KreditPlus to join our expanding team covering the Jabodetabek region. This role is pivotal in driving new customer acquisition, nurturing existing relationships, and delivering on ambitious sales targets for our flagship credit product. Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential customers through a dedicated team of agents and direct follow‑up of existing leads.
  • Present detailed product information, promotional offers, and financing solutions to prospective borrowers.
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our sales performance application.
  • Build and sustain long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct field visits across the Jabodetabek area, demonstrating professionalism and a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to relay market feedback and improve product positioning.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends for senior leadership.
  • Adhere to all compliance, licensing, and safety regulations while on the road.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 20‑35 years (maximum 35 years).
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services or automotive financing.
  • Own a motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM C driving license.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and customer‑focused attitude.
  • Strong ability to work independently in the field while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using sales performance applications and basic Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
