Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a dedicated Petugas Remedial to join its Pasangkayu branch in West Sulawesi. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely collection of overdue receivables (A/R Overdue) while upholding the company’s high standards of integrity, accuracy, and customer service. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, and will be based at the branch office in accordance with his domicile.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end process of overdue account collection, ensuring all deadlines are met and records are accurately updated.
- Monitor credit portfolios, identify delinquent accounts, and initiate appropriate remedial actions.
- Conduct outbound calls, send formal notices, and negotiate repayment plans with borrowers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with the credit underwriting team to verify the validity of disputes and resolve any inconsistencies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with legal counsel when collection actions require escalated measures, such as filing of lawsuits or asset seizure.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and consumer protection laws throughout the collection cycle.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest credit‑risk management techniques and negotiation tactics.
- Provide feedback to product development and risk management teams based on field observations and borrower interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Male candidates only; maximum age 29‑30 years at the time of application.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or a related financial services role (experience is a strong plus but not mandatory).
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using collection software, Microsoft Office, and basic data analysis tools.
- Willingness to work at the Pasangkayu branch and travel within the assigned territory as needed.
